Family Economic Security

For the Mountain State to thrive, it must protect and improve the important public programs and services that working families and vulnerable children rely on every day. The West Virginia Center on Budget and Policy’s research and analysis provides policy recommendations that will improve the lives of vulnerable children and families including access to affordable and reliable health care and important safety net programs like unemployment insurance. Our work also includes ways to promote racial equity and retirement security.
